Providing an improved service. RL360's Contact Centre is now operating from 6am to 6pm (GMT).
RL360's Contact Centre is now operating from 6am to 6pm (GMT).
Our Contact Centre is able to handle a wide variety of customer queries and transactions at the first point of contact by telephone (+44 1624 681682) and email (csc@rl360.com).
The extension of working hours will overlap more with the Far East and Middle East working day, therefore allowing us to provide a better service to our policyholders and advisers in those regions.
It means we will be able to deal with even more queries or work items on a same day basis.
This improved service provision is in addition to the recently re-launched RL360 online services facilities.
Our online offering recently won Best International Financial Adviser Portal in the 2013 Professional Adviser International Fund and Product Awards.
