Closure of the CT UK Mid 250 Fund

We have been notified by the directors of Columbia Threadneedle Investments (the “Company”) of its intention to close the CT UK Mid 250 Fund (the “Closing Fund”) by way of liquidation on 8 September 2026. The fund features in our RL360 guided fund range.

WHY THE FUND IS CLOSING

The Company regularly reviews its range of funds and is committed to offering the best opportunities and value for money. The Closing Fund has experienced a decline in assets, underperformed its benchmark and failed to attract significant new investment during the last five years. For this reason, the Company believes the Closing Fund is unlikely to attract new investors in the future. Without additional investment the Closing Fund is not viable, as its decreasing size makes it difficult to manage efficiently and meet its investment objective and policy on a long-term basis.

HOW THIS IMPACTS RL360 UNIT-LINKED PLAN OWNERS

The Company will be suspending the Closing Fund to all subscriptions and redemptions from 7 September 2026 in preparation for the fund closure, therefore on 3 September 2026 (the “Switch Date”) we will switch all unit holdings in the Closing Fund (and redirect any regular premium allocation, where applicable) into a default receiving fund we have selected, Schroder UK Mid 250 A Acc GBP (the “Default Receiving Fund”).

The details of the Closing Fund and the Default Receiving Fund we will switch plan owners into can be found in the Appendix in the Sample Client Letter opposite.

With immediate effect, the Closing Fund is no longer available for new investment and switches in. However, existing investors can continue to invest in the fund until we switch them.

Plan owners do not need to do anything if they are happy with our choice of Default Receiving Fund

However, if they would prefer to switch (and redirect any regular premium allocation if applicable) to a different fund, it is very easy to do. Should they wish to override the switch, and any premium redirection, to the Default Receiving Fund we must receive switch instructions by 12noon (UK time) on 2 September 2026.

Impacted plan owners, or their appointed investment advisers have been contacted either by e-shot, or by letter if no valid email address is available. Servicing agents have also been informed. Full details of the above notification can be found in the sample letters opposite.

We recommend that plan owners seek the advice of their usual financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
