Change of name to Nordea 1 Global Stars Equity fund
Nordea 1, SICAV (the “Company”) has notified us that it is changing the name of its Global Stars Equity fund. This will take effect 8 April 2025 (the “Effective Date”).

SUMMARY OF CHANGE
As of the Effective Date, the Company will change the name of its Global Stars Equity fund as follows:

Policyholders invested in the fund do not need to take any action, as the change will happen automatically to the fund. However, should policyholders wish to switch to an alternative fund, they can do so free of charge. They can visit the fund centre for their product to review the alternative fund choices available.
