Name change to Momentum Global Funds - Harmony Portfolios US Dollar Growth fund
The directors of Momentum Global Funds (the "Company") have notified us of a change of name to the Momentum Global Funds Harmony Portfolios US Dollar Growth fund, which appears in our defined fund range for the below mentioned products. This will take effect on 23 September 2024 (the "Effective Date").
AVAILABLE IN OUR DEFINED FUND RANGE PRODUCTS
Oracle, Quantum and Regular Savings Plan (Including Malaysia variants), Kudos, Paragon, Lifeplan and Protected Lifestyle.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
The Company has notified us that on the Effective date it will be renaming the Momentum Global Funds Harmony Portfolios US Dollar Growth fund (the “Fund”) after seeing an increasing demand for investors to access Global Growth Funds. The Fund has a regional US investment bias, however its objective is more comparable to a Global Fund as the US represents around 70% of the global developed equity markets.
The name change will have no impact to the investment objective, investment strategy or risk factors of the Fund, nor the way the Fund is being managed, or the composition of its portfolio.
Furthermore, on the 23 August 2024, the Company received approval at a Extraordinary General Meeting to change the name of the Company from “Momentum Global Funds” to “MGF” with immediate effect.
In line with the above changes, on the Effective date we will update the name of the fund in our defined fund range as follows:

Plan owners do not need to take any action if they are happy with the above changes on the Fund. However, they can switch to an alternative fund available to their plan, free of charge, should they wish to.
