Postponement of name change for Aberdeen Standard Liquidity Fund (Lux)
Aberdeen Standard Liquidity Fund (Lux) (the “Company”) has postponed its proposed name change that was due to take effect on 16 October 2023
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
Our update of 14 September 2023 advised that we received notification that the Company was changing their name from Aberdeen Standard Liquidity Fund (Lux) to abrdn Liquidity Fund (Lux), which was to include multiple sub-funds. We have since received further notification that this has been postponed until further notice.
The postponement of name change will have no impact to the investment objective, investment strategy or risk factors of the funds.
The notified conversion of Aberdeen Standard Liquidity Fund (Lux) - Euro from Variable Net Asset Value MMF to Low Volatility Net Asset Value MMF has also been postponed until further notice.
