Notification of changes to various Invesco funds
We have been notified by the board of directors of Invesco Funds ("Invesco") of changes to a number of its funds. These changes will take effect from 24 March 2025 (the “Effective Date”).

Change of name and sustainability commitments of Invesco Sustainable Global High Income fund
In light of recent guidelines issued by the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) on fund names using Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) or sustainability-related terms, Invesco has advised of its decision to to change the ESG framework of the Invesco Sustainable Global High Income fund and to rename it accordingly.

From the Effective Date, the fund will follow an ESG-based exclusions only framework, based on a range of factors. The current ESG characteristics of the fund will not be retained; there will no longer be a commitment to invest a minimum percentage of the Net Asset Value in “sustainable investments” under the meaning of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulations. Please refer to the Invesco notification opposite for full details of the changes.
Invesco note that while the changes outlined above will enhance the investment universe available to the Investment Manager, it is not expected that the changes will result in material changes to the construct of the fund immediately following the change and the Investment Manager will rather adapt the portfolio over time as opportunities arise. It is expected that the rebalancing costs will be immaterial.
Change of name of Invesco Global Total Return (EUR) Bond Fund
From the Effective Date, the Invesco Global Total Return (EUR) Bond fund will be renamed the Invesco Global Total Return Bond fund as there is no longer a commercial need to include the base currency in the fund’s name.

This name change will have no impact on the investment strategy or investment process of the Invesco Global Total Return (EUR) Bond fund.
These changes will take effect automatically and policyholders do not need to take any action. We recommend that policyholders seek the advice of their usual financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
